Once again, I sincerely apologize that you did not enjoy your stay as you have in the past. As far as the slot machines we are still currently updating our floor with newer machines and some older machines to offer a variety to our guests hopefully some of the new machines will be more enjoyable for you. Unfortunately we have had a high occupancy rate this year and we are unable to guarantee room location which includes rooms being located on the same floor despite occupancy levels our Front Desk team works very hard trying to accommodate as many guests as possible. Reviews like yours let us know where we can improve to make our property even better. I appreciate that you have taken the time to write a review of your experience.
